Eligibility

 

Applicant(s) must be between the age of 21 to 65 years

 

Only Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible. For London properties, applicants must be non-UK residents, and for Australia properties, applicants must be non-Australian residents.

 

Low processing fee of SGD $500

 

Minimum loan size of SGD500k

 

Minimum loan tenure of 5 years up to a maximum of 30 years or until applicant turns 70

 

  • Freehold or Leasehold with remaining lease of at least 70 years upon loan approval

  • Purchase of residential properties sold by local and overseas developers

  • Last 3-6 months’ Pay slips 
  • Latest NOA 
  • CPF contributions for last 12 months 
  • Bank statements 3-6 months showing salary crediting

The RHB Bank current/savings account number has a total of 11 digits (e.g. 19812345678 or 78000123456).
Please ensure that you are using this account number format for FAST/ GIRO transactions. You will also need to exclude any leading zeros, if any, when providing the RHB current/ savings account number (e.g. for an account number shown as "000019812345678", you will only need to provide "19812345678" as the account number).
