High Level Scope:   

1. Tenderer shall do the supply and installation of fire protection system, Mechanical ventilation system and associated electrical system.
2. Tenderer shall perform all civil work for the installation of above-mentioned Fire protection, Mechanical ventilation and Electrical works.
3. Tender shall comply to the critical fire safety measures in pursuant to section 20A of the Fire Safety Act (chapter 109A) issued by SCDF.
4. Tenderer shall comply to all statutory regulation and local code compliance.
5. Tenderer shall engage their own QP for all installation works.
6. Tenderers shall coordinate with the RHB in-house vendors and Facility management team.
7. Tenderer shall follow the instruction of the appointed RTO by Client.
8. Tender shall do site work only on night and weekends with RHB approval.

• WCPU replacement from Level B1 to Level 7
• Green Mark Certification on the equipment
• To include loading (weight) equipment
• To include specifications e.g. capacity, compressor etc.
• To include accessories (number of gate valve, number of pressure gauge, number of thermometer water temp etc.)
• To include flow switch
• Authority compliance approval /or certification on the equipment e.g BCA, NEA etc.
• To include other necessary items & documentation related to the replacement works (If required)
• To include PE endorsement for the ability of floor load to withstand new WCPU weight
• To include / propose necessary base for new WCPU

 Replacement of Sub Panel

• Sub Panel replacement from Level B1 to Level 7
• Single Line Drawing with LEW endorsement
• To include bypass timer system

*May propose new master panel for bypass timer & location of the panel /or system
