RHB Bank Singapore was notified by Wirecard, the card issuer of RHB FX Multi-Currency, that it has been directed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to cease provision of regulated payment services under the Payment Services Act with immediate effect. As such, the RHB FX Multi-Currency card and wallet services have been discontinued.

For customers who have not yet transferred out their remaining balances in the wallet, from 8 Oct 2020 onwards, RHB Bank will process the refund of all available balances from customers’ RHB FX Multi-Currency wallet by direct credit to customers’ RHB savings account or issue a cashier’s order by 14 Oct 2020. The cashier’s order will be mailed to customers’ registered mailing address with the Bank.

We assure all our RHB FX Multi-Currency cardholders that their funds are secure and held in a segregated account with RHB Bank Singapore.
