Our Customer Contact Centre’s 24-hour service will be temporarily revised to operate from 8am to 8pm daily with immediate effect, for urgent technical maintenance, until further notice.

Feel free to call us at the following hotlines during our revised hours, or leave us your contact number on our voice message system after 8pm and our team will get in touch with you:

  • For general enquires, Reflex, loss of ATM Card, product and services related queries, please call 1800 323 0100.
  • For Internet Banking and Mobile Banking queries, please call 800 601 1742 (Local) or +603 9145 1388 (Overseas).
