As part of our efforts to enhance our digital services and move towards more sustainable practices, we are going paperless by switching to eAdvices. An eAdvice is an electronic version of the advice that you have been receiving from us. The eAdvice will be sent in a password-protected PDF format to the email address in which you have registered with us.
The following transactions on eligible account(s)* will be sent to you as eAdvices via email from January 2023 onwards.

^Personal account holders will continue to receive hardcopy advices for all other transactions. These hardcopy advices will be replaced with SMS notifications in the 2nd quarter of 2023. A further notice will be sent for the launch of SMS notifications next year.
As we will progressively cease hardcopy advices mailed to you, please keep your contact details, including email address and mobile number, updated with us in order to receive electronic notifications and to enjoy more digital services that will be rolled out over time.
