This is a back-office role that provide support to Business Units under Credit Operations (Loan Documentation & Reporting):
Be part of the Documentation Team to perform documentation and administrative activities which includes:
- End to end documentation checks for Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, SME and Corporate Banking portfolio
- Preparation of letters / reports
- Updating of registers
- Custodians of documents
- Ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor
- Support the preparation and submission of regular and ad hoc reports of multiple Operations units which cover regulatory reports, group reports and operational reports & dashboards.
- Assist in industry testing such as SDIC on enterprise level.
- Support continuous improvement in reports enhancement, automation and building and maintaining operational tracking dashboards so as to build visibility of transaction volumes.
