Job Description

This is a back-office role that provide support to Business Units under Credit Operations (Loan Documentation & Reporting):

Documentation Role:

Be part of the Documentation Team to perform documentation and administrative activities which includes:

  • End to end documentation checks for Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, SME and Corporate Banking portfolio
  • Preparation of letters / reports
  • Updating of registers
  • Custodians of documents
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor

Reporting Role:

  • Support the preparation and submission of regular and ad hoc reports of multiple Operations units which cover regulatory reports, group reports and operational reports & dashboards.
  • Assist in industry testing such as SDIC on enterprise level.
  • Support continuous improvement in reports enhancement, automation and building and maintaining operational tracking dashboards so as to build visibility of transaction volumes.


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations
  • Proficient with MS office applications i.e. Powerpoint and Excel
  • Meticulous, organized and a team player
  • Familiar with regulatory reporting and system testing
  • Preferred with documentation experience however not mandatory as on the job training will be provided
