To provide effective admin support to HOD, all Team Heads and Relationship Managers in Loan Recovery department, so as to achieve smooth operations in the department and target debt collection.
- Perform admin function such as collation of data from ACRA/Credit Bureau Searches and also from the core bank system to assist the RMs and Team Heads.
- Perform function as mandated under the Recovery function i.e. – assist the RMs in updating stage of recovery/litigation process and follow up action required so as to achieve a timely recovery on the portfolio.
- Assist the RMs in functional roles such as the performance of AML / PEP identification so as to achieve compliance with regulatory requirement.
- Assist RM in drafting on retail restructuring accounts which warrant a proposal to be submitted to management.
- Assist in data extraction for compilation of reports on ad hoc basic. As such the candidate should also be conversant in the various aspect of accounting.
- Assist the department in all Admin roles which may be required on ad hoc basis.
